Did JFK err re Vietnam? (a matter of opinion...). Did Carter err re hostages? Did Clinton err re Monica? (oops - strike that one). It just don't happen - the putative blunders by USA presidents have occurred with equal frequency from the best to the worst. The institution that is the USA Govt would come close to working just as well whether Mickey Mouse was President or Bill Clinton. The good ones add a bit, the bad ones subtract a bit. And anyway,she's only running for the Quayle spot - lets not get caught up in the whatifs of McCain falling off the twig. Shit, I might have to stop re-raising quads in case my opponent has a straight flush......
